3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are processed once full payment has been received.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless otherwise approved by our customer support team.

All transactions are processed securely. Luna & Sage London does not store or have access to your full payment details.

4. Processing & Delivery

We work closely with trusted international suppliers to ensure your products are shipped efficiently and safely.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Shipping Origin: Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in China.

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, unforeseen delays (e.g. customs checks, postal disruptions, or high seasonal demand) may occur. Luna & Sage London cannot be held responsible for such delays.

5. Returns & Cancellations

All return requests must follow the procedure outlined there.

6. Liability

Luna & Sage London cannot be held liable for any loss, delay, or damage occurring during shipment once tracking confirms that the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping details at checkout.
Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. Luna & Sage London is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
